  Yes, we need a propoal ballot further. But it is used to solve that we could not find those 3 Microsoft registered OID  appeared in X520 or RFC 5280 as below EVGL section 9.2.5:

I couldn’t find the proposed ballot, but here is the ASN.1 language. I think we talked about adding this as an Appendix to the Baseline Requirements.
