[cabf_validation] New PR for integrating SC-56 and SC-58 into the profiles branch

Hello,

A new PR has been created to add the text from SC-56 and SC-58 into the
profiles ballot: https://github.com/cabforum/servercert/pull/409. Given that
there isn't sufficient time for everyone to review prior to our next call in
a few hours, we'll wait until our first call in January to approve. In the
meantime, reviews and comments would be appreciated to ensure I don't mess
anything up in the update.
