Minutes from the Validation Subcommittee Meeting of 30 July 2020.

## Attendees:

The antitrust statement was read, and a minute taker was assigned.

Profile Spreadsheet
TLS ALPN Ballot
## TLS Using ALPN Method Ballot Agenda:
Wayne is looking for endorsers. Tim stated that he would review, then plan to endorse.
## Certificate Profiles
No comments have been made lately.
Tim stated that there are some outstanding items to the ICA profiles
Doug has added to the Subscriber TLS tab pf the spreadsheet "This Tab is copied from the Subordinate CA tab and needs major work at our next review meeting."
Tim proposed a plan to review the Subscriber profiles in 2 weeks (13 August 2020).
Doug suggested that everyone review and make comments in advance.
Corey advised that only some people have permission to update the spreadsheet. Tim stated that you can use the request edits button for approval. Ryan stated that you could also send him an email if you would like to have access to edit.
## Clean ups and Clarification Ballot
Ryan is in the process to clean-up the ballot and brought up Subscriber profiles that some CAs are having difficulty with. CAB Forum OIDs and relationship with subordinate CA and cross-certificates is addressed.
Planning for discussion period next week, possibly a Wednesday like Ryan's other ballots.
Tim thought that it would be good to discuss a day of the week to start ballots and thought that Wednesday is a good day.
