The agenda was discussed and set.
Tim read the antitrust statement.
Spring Clean-Up Ballot
Ryan sent a Github link to the Validation list.  https://github.com/cabforum/documents/compare/master...sleevi:2019-07-Cleanups. The proposed changes should not be controversial. The subcommittee was asked to review.
Method 6 Ballot
Doug has made no progress do to other priorities. Re-directs were discussed and Doug stated that he plans to propose the Let's Encrypt recommendation of 10 re-directs.
Certificate Lifetimes
Gordon asked what the status is and what are people's position. Tim stated that DigiCert has a blog on the subject and will send to Gordon (see https://www.digicert.com/blog/how-reduced-tls-ssl-certificate-lifetimes-to-one-year-would-affect-you/). DigiCert also has customer feedback which they plan to share. Microsoft is also investigating.
LEI Ballot
Tim has some language for fully-verified and partially verified LEIs. Will plan to avoid using partially verified LEIs as some information is "self-verified." Tim did not have information on what has been verified and what has not been verified for partially verified LEIs.
