[cabf_validation] Business Entity Definitions

Hi Ben,

Draft with changes attached. I also removed (Registered) so two definitions are Business Entity and Business Entity (Other)
Let me know your thoughts.

On the definition of Business Entity (Registered), I was thinking that we should improve the phrasing slightly for the first sentence, to read as follows:

Business Entity (Registered):    Any entity with Legal Existence in its jurisdiction of operation that filed documentation with an Incorporating Agency or Registration Agency and that is not a Private Organization, Government Entity, or Non-Commercial Entity, or Business Entity (Other) as defined herein. ...

So it would read:  An entity with Legal Existence in its jurisdiction of operation that filed documentation with an Incorporating Agency or Registration Agency and that is not a Private Organization, Government Entity, Non-Commercial Entity, or Business Entity (Other) as defined herein.

For Business Entity (Other), what about the following edits?

Business Entity (Other):  An entity with Legal Existence not otherwise classified herein or who's for which registration documentation cannot be verified with the Registration Agency in its jurisdiction of operation.

OR at least replace "who's" with "for which":

Business Entity (Other):  An entity with Legal Existence who's for which registration documentation cannot be verified with the Registration Agency in its jurisdiction of operation.
