[Servercert-wg] Missing ballot (and EVG revision) from the CABF website?

I have a copy of v.1.5.3, redlined and as adopted, in Word and in PDF, and
they might be saved on the wiki. I will see if I can post the PDFs to the
CABF website or identify a reason why they weren't available previously.
