[Servercert-wg] Results of Review Period – Ballots SC30 SC31

The IPR Review Period for "Ballot SC30: Disclosure of Registration / 
Incorporating Agency

and "Ballot SC31: Browser Alignment 
<https://cabforum.org/2020/07/16/ballot-sc31-browser-alignment/>"

has ended, and _no Exclusion Notices_ were filed. Ballots become 
effective as of*August 20, 2020*.

The "Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and Management of 
Publicly-Trusted Certificates" version 1.7.1 and  The "Guidelines For 
The Issuance And Management Of Extended Validation Certificates" version 
1.7.3 documents, including the changes from Ballots SC30 and SC31 
changes, are attached and will be uploaded to the public website and the 
wiki.
