Ben,

I think you may have missed part of the ballot text? That is, you included
the full text, but didn't indicate where that text goes, what it modifies,
etc. The redline provided is much clearer, in that regard.

For example, you may have meant
---- BALLOT BEGINS
Adopt the changes to the CA/Browser Forum Network and Certificate System
Requirements, version 1.2, as follow:

>From Section 3, Logging Monitoring and Alerting:
Remove ...
Add ...

---- BALLOT ENDS

or something like that. Or you could just go with the redline version,
which is clear and unambiguous.

I hate to be a pain here, because I think the intent is clear, but I don't
think it's a valid ballot yet :)
