[Servercert-wg] Results of Review Period – Ballot SC19

The IPR Review Period for Ballot SC19: Phone Contact with DNS CAA Phone 
Contact v2

has ended, and _no Exclusion Notices_ were filed. Ballot SC19 becomes 
effective as of*September 9th, 2019*.

The Baseline Requirements for the Issuance and Management of 
Publicly-Trusted Certificates Version 1.6.6 including the Ballot SC19 
changes is attached, and will be uploaded to the public website and the 
wiki.

I apologize for missing this critical step of the process when the 
review period was concluded June 20.
