[cabfpub] DigiCert representatives

I'm please to announce that Tim Hollebeek has joined DigiCert as our
technical liaison to various industry groups.  The current plan is to have
Ben, Tim, and I attend the CAB Forum and be the official reps. Dean is still
planning to help out with the governance and other groups. 

 

I'm also going to step down as chair of the validation working group.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to give the group the loving affection
necessary for things to progress.  Tim has offered to sub for me until a new
chair is appointed. I'll still join the group and make snippy comments
though.
