[cabfpub] Ballot 185 (Revised) - Limiting the Lifetime of Certificates

DigiCert votes NO  - we prefer a two-year certificate validity period and we're hopeful that with further discussion we can come to a consensus of two years.  Our customers just aren't ready for a shorter certificate lifetime.
