Thanks to everyone who has done this so far :-) However, I would
politely suggest that "discuss potential ballot" perhaps doesn't provide
all that much additional information - after all, most work in the CAB
Forum is at least notionally aimed at having a ballot on something :-)

If there has been an actual proposal, it might help to refer to it with
e.g. "Discuss proposed ballot sent out to cabfpub on 2015-09-27 with
title 'Proposed ballot on Foo'", or something like that. If there hasn't
been a proposal yet, perhaps something like "See if there is consensus
on position X and, if not, what alternatives there are."
