Voting on Ballot 153 has closed. I received the following votes:

 

 

>From CAs: 4 YES votes and 17 NO Votes, 5 Abstentions

>From Browsers: 4 YES votes and 1 NO Vote, O Abstentions

 

Therefore the ballot fails.
