In any case, I think that only Mou and I have mentioned that we´re going to the Brussels meeting so I suggest not to disturb more the Turktrust folks and do the meeting according to the schedule. If finally we can go, perfect, but we´re only 2.

I see flights leaving Brussels at 6:15 pm on Tuesday and arriving in Ankara 12:55 am Wednesday, or later. Kind of tough on travelers.

There are flights from Brussels to Ankara on Tuesday evening so anyone that goes to Brussels could make it to Ankara and be there for Weds.

Gerv -- anyone who attends the Brussels meeting on Tuesday, 9/24 will have to travel to Ankara on Wed. 9/25, and could not start any CABF meetings until Thursday, 9/26 - so they would miss the first day of the CABF meeting.
Is this what you intended?

I suggest we move the main body of the meeting to Wednesday/Thursday, (as that seems to be a feature of both alternative suggestions, and it remains within the originally defined time envelope), and then let any working groups which want to meet decide whether they would prefer Tuesday or Friday, depending on existing booked travel plans and conference clashes.

Gerv
