I imagine all CAs have a similar policy, which is why I found Gerv’s question on the subject rather surprising.

certificates being used on sites engaged in illegal conduct is documented in
both our customer agreements and CPS.
I believe most CAs have that, no? Differences might be in interpretation of the circumstances, required evidences (if any), time of revocation etc.
