I agree with everything you've already included on the agenda.  We 
talked about a couple other items to note on the agenda during this 
meeting that I did not see.  Was this version intended to be final?

For example, I didn't see a note about recording.  I also have an

Perhaps you answered this question before I joined the call but, even 
so, we should be explicit as to whether or not this is a hosted dinner. 
If it's not a hosted dinner will GoDaddy be managing collecting money 
or are we expecting the restaurant to take 40 different credit cards 
and charge an equal fee to all?
