Hi Andy.  Can you give us some idea of how the room we will use on 26 and 27 Jan is laid out?

Ideally, participants would be arranged in a "U".  But, I understand this may not  be practical given our numbers.

We would also like to use a projector for presentations and (potentially) brain-storming.
